Job description
Responsibilities
  • Research, build and define strategic target account lists across key eCommerce, retail and digital‑first sectors
  • Plan and execute personalised, multi‑touch outreach strategies across phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Qualify and nurture early stage leads to create a steady flow of high‑value opportunities for the sales team
  • Partner with marketing to align messaging and ABM initiatives
  • Maintain accurate data pipeline and report progress in CRM (Dynamics and Hubspot)
  • Follow up on event, webinar, and warm leads to drive engagement
  • Execute account‑based outreach and light ABM campaigns to engage priority accounts
  • Represent SQLI at events and with partners as a credible, consultative brand ambassador
  • Monitor market and competitive trends to inform targeting and messaging

Qualifications
  • 3+ years' SDR / BDR or early‑stage new business experience in digital commerce, digital consultancy, eCommerce, SaaS, or agency environments
  • Demonstrated success engaging senior stakeholders and opening complex conversations
  • Skilled with CRM and Sales Navigator; HubSpot and Dynamics experience preferred
  • Understanding of digital commerce, CX, or platform ecosystems (Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify a plus)
  • Outgoing, relationship‑driven communicator who enjoys connecting with people
  • Experience with account‑based outreach or ABM campaigns
