  • Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal Estimators and Bid Writers to win new bids and tenders.
