A leading software company in London seeks an expert to help enterprise customers adopt Adobe’s emerging products. You will support teams in leveraging tools like Firefly, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio for creative workflows. Ideal candidates possess strong design and customer success skills combined with proficiency in Adobe applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator. This role involves demonstrating product value and achieving customer success across multiple projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to help our Enterprise customers adopt a range of Adobe’s emerging products—including Adobe Creative Cloud Edition 4+, Firefly (FF), Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio—to unleash their creativity and scale the production of creative assets.
You will be responsible for supporting creative, design, IT and developer teams within our enterprise customers to adopt Adobe’s emerging offerings—including Firefly, Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio— for their creative ideation, production workflows and automation processes. The position is based in London, UK, with engagements both in‑person and remote.
