Job summary

Sanderson Design Group is seeking a Digital Trading Manager – B2B to own the performance of our Trade ecommerce site from London. You will lead trading, on-site merchandising, pricing, and promotions, partnering with Merchandising, IT, and Marketing to maximise revenue and deliver a best-in-class B2B customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ecommerce trading, esp. B2B (Trade) channels.
• Strong data-driven decision making using trading and customer insights.
• Collaborates with merchandising, ops, product/design, brand/content, IT and CS.
• Experience managing external agencies/partners.
• Familiar with SEO, CRO, PPC and paid social.
• Daily/weekly trading analysis to boost revenue and margin.
• Ensure product data, pricing and promos accuracy.
• Deliver best-in-class B2B customer experience.
• Strong communication with internal/ external teams.
• Awareness of AI/digital trading innovations.
• Experience with US/Europe trading desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the trading calendar for the Trade ecommerce platform.
• Drive performance with daily/weekly trading analysis and actions to maximise revenue and margin.
• Use insights to inform product launch timing and content planning.
• Deliver ecommerce budgets with Head of Digital Trading.
• Own on-site merchandising and conversion strategies for Trade customers.
• Ensure data, pricing and promotions across the Trade storefront are accurate.
• Lead on-site testing with A/B and multivariate experiments with IT and partners.
• Plan content and promotional activity aligned with campaigns.
• Coordinate CRM email marketing and PPC/ Paid Social with partners.
• Manage third-party agencies and inform digital roadmap.
