Dune London is seeking a commercially driven Digital Trading Manager to maximise sales, conversion and profitability across our online channels, UK and international sites, by delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will use data and trading expertise to optimise product performance, execute trading plans, and identify opportunities that fuel sustainable growth.

Collaborate with SEO, Marketing, Buying and Merchandising, and lead the Ecommerce Assistant to develop high performing

Qualifications

Significant ecommerce trading experience.
Strong commercial acumen in merchandising and promotions.
Experience using analytics to drive insights and action.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day trading and execution of UK and international websites.
Analyse trading performance and produce regular reports to drive sales, conversion and profitability.
Optimise on-site merchandising, search, navigation, personalisation and promotions.
Own the digital trading strategy and contribute to site enhancements, UX improvements and A/B testing.
Collaborate with SEO, Marketing, Buying and Merchandising to deliver growth initiatives and content updates.
Plan, execute and evaluate promotional campaigns ensuring stock availability and trading performance alignment.
Lead and develop the Ecommerce Assistant.
