We’re partnering with a UK jewellery brand seeking a Digital Trading Manager to own the online performance and drive revenue, conversion and profitability through a data-led trading strategy. You will lead the trading calendar, onsite merchandising, navigation, search and product presentation, collaborating with Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Technology, Analytics and Finance.

- Proven track record of delivering online revenue growth and improving commercial performance.
- Experience across customer journey optimisation, conversion, onsite trading and analytics tools.

- Lead the trading calendar, onsite merchandising, navigation, search and product presentation.
- Use customer insight, testing and conversion optimisation to continually improve performance.
