Job summary

Sanderson Design Group plc is seeking a Merchandising Lead based in Chiswick, with travel required. You’ll own merchandise planning across all brands, regions and channels, building forecasting, open-to-buy, and trading cycles to maximise sales and margin.

You’ll work closely with the Product Strategy Lead and cross-functional teams, establishing new reporting, weekly trade rhythms and a robust planning discipline that supports sustainable growth across Sanderson’s iconic brands.

Qualifications

• Proven merchandising experience at senior merchandiser or lead level, gained in retail, wholesale or a branded product business.
• Experience owning a WSSI/open-to-buy/forecasting process with sales, stock and margin.
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly merchandise plan (WSSI) for sales, stock and intake across brands, regions and channels.
• Manage open-to-buy, intake phasing and stock availability targets.
• Forecast collection performance and ROI, support pricing and margin improvements.
• Build and own merchandising reporting toolset and ensure data accuracy across systems.
