Job summary

Sanderson Design Group plc is seeking a Merchandising Lead to own merchandise planning across all brands, regions and channels. You will forecast sales, stock and intake, and lead the weekly trade cycle, reporting to the Head of Merchandising & Product Strategy.

This role builds new forecasting and reporting disciplines within the business and requires close collaboration with Purchasing, Operations and Digital Trading.

Qualifications

• Proven merchandising experience at senior merchandiser or lead level.
• Experience owning WSSI/open-to-buy/forecasting process.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly merchandise plan (WSSI) for sales, stock and intake across all brands and channels.
• Lead the weekly trade and monthly review cycle with clear recommendations to protect sales and margin.
• Build and maintain merchandising reporting tools and dashboards (Qlik Sense) linked to business numbers.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain and Product Strategy to ensure plan deliverability.
