Job summary

Sanderson Design Group is hiring a Digital Trading Manager for the B2B Trade channel, based in London. You will own day-to-day performance, ensure accurate product data, pricing and promotions, and work closely with merchandising, ops, product, design, brand and IT.

You will drive conversion, revenue and margins through data-driven insights, on-site testing and omni‑channel campaigns, while leading a small team and coordinating with external partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven ecommerce trading experience, especially in B2B (Trade) channels.
• Strong data analytics and ability to translate insights into action.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams across merchandising, marketing, IT and ops.
• Familiarity with SEO, CRO, PPC and on-site merchandising practices.
• Experience managing third-party agencies and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Trade ecommerce calendar with merchandising, sales and marketing.
• Drive revenue and margin through daily/weekly trading analysis and actions.
• Lead on-site merchandising, pricing, content and promotions for Trade customers.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners on digital roadmap and performance marketing.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure seamless fulfilment and experience.
