We’re partnering with one of the UK’s best-known and most established jewellery brands, with a strong heritage and an exciting digital growth agenda. With significant investment being made across its ecommerce proposition, this is a key opportunity to join a growing digital function and take ownership of the online trading performance of a high-profile retail brand.

As Digital Trading Manager, you’ll own the commercial performance of the website, driving revenue, conversion and profitability through a data‑led digital trading strategy. You’ll lead the trading calendar, onsite merchandising, navigation, search and product presentation, while using customer insight, testing and conversion optimisation to continually improve performance. Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Technology, Analytics and Finance, you’ll influence senior stakeholders, shape trading strategy and lead and develop a high-performing digital trading team.

We’re looking for an established Digital Trading Manager with2+ years’ digital trading management experience within a high-traffic retail environment. You’ll have a proven track record of delivering online revenue growth and improving commercial performance, alongside strong analytical and commercial acumen. Experience across customer journey optimisation, conversion, onsite trading and tools such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare and advanced Excel is highly desirable. Most importantly, you’ll be a confident manager who takes ownership, can operate at pace and is comfortable making commercially driven decisions. This is a pure digital trading role - we’re specifically looking for digital trading leadership experience rather than content, CRM or marketing management backgrounds.

Salary is up to £70,000, working9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, withTuesdays and Wednesdays office-based and the other three days from home.
