Qualifications

• Experience in asbestos management and compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and HSE guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the competent person under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
• Provide technical advice on asbestos matters.
• Develop and implement the Council's Asbestos Management Plan.
• Lead compliance action plans related to asbestos.
• Ensure the Council meets statutory requirements for asbestos.
