As a Strategic Analytics Manager you will shape the strategic direction of the UK’s largest consumer finance provider, leading a high‑performing culture to maximise demand generation across our four brands – Lloyds, Halifax, BoS and MBNA – and across digital channels. Your work will optimise business outcomes and deliver actionable insights to drive commercial performance and proposition development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery and optimisation of the commercial plan, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic investment initiatives.
  • Drive commercial performance reviews, synthesising trading data and performance sensitivities.
  • Apply market knowledge to shape the Loans commercial agenda.
  • Ensure robust commercial risk management, finding opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including third‑party suppliers.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Champion innovation, employing advanced analytics, AI, and experimentation.

  • Business & Analytical Balance: Translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies, influencing decisions at all levels.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, VBA, Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and experience with cloud analytics, AI, pricing optimisation packages and predictive modelling.
