Responsibilities

• Acting as a hands on Store Supervisor, delivering daily sales and service excellence.
• Taking full Key Holder responsibility, ensuring opening/closing routines are carried out smoothly.
• Coaching and supporting the team on the shop floor, leading by example with strong product knowledge.
• Creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that reflects our natural beauty philosophy.

Qualifications

• Supporting new starters and helping build confidence from day one.
• Experience in skincare or haircare retail (skincare preferred).
• Previous Key Holder or supervisory experience.
• Confident sales approach with a natural ability to connect with customers.
