Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd is seeking a Shift Leader to coordinate a team and ensure a smooth shopping trip for customers. You will help keep the store clean, well-presented, and staffed, while supporting the Store Manager with seasonal events and community initiatives.

You will act as a point of contact for colleagues, manage daily priorities, and uphold health and safety procedures to provide an inclusive, customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and store operations focus in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate tasks during shifts.
• Clear communication with colleagues and managers at all times.
• Flexibility to cover duties and manage short-term absences or sickness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver smooth shopping experiences for customers.
• Open/close the store and cover duties ensuring safety and standards.
• Act as go-to person for colleagues in absence of Store Manager on daily queries.
• Support the Store Manager in seasonal events and community initiatives.
