One Stop Stores Ltd is recruiting a Shift Leader to coordinate a store team and ensure a smooth customer experience across peak periods in the UK. You will open/close shifts, manage coverage, and act as a keyholder to safeguard operations and customers.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to improving service, inventory, and store presentation while upholding One Stop values and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver an easy shopping trip for the community.
• Open/close the store and manage duty cover for customer and colleague safety.
• Be the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager for daily queries.
• Support the Store Manager to coordinate seasonal, community and charity events.
