Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is hiring a Shift Leader to manage day-to-day store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will co-ordinate duty shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and drive store performance while prioritising safety and compliance.

• Experience leading a retail team and running duty shifts.

• Knowledge of store operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver smooth store operations during shifts.
• Open/close the store and manage duty cover ensuring safety and customer service.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager with events and community activities.
• Ensure the store is clean, well presented and stocked to meet customer needs.
• Manage queues and advise on daily priorities and breaks.
