One Stop Stores Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will coordinate colleagues, support the Store Manager, and ensure the store opens and closes smoothly while maintaining safety and standards.

The role focuses on delivering great service, managing priorities, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for both customers and staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team during busy periods.
• Strong communication with colleagues and customers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the team to deliver efficient service and a smooth shopping trip.
• Open/close the store and manage duty cover ensuring customer safety.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager with seasonal events and community activities.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and well presented at all times.
• Prioritise replenishment of products customers need and reflect correct pricing.
