Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, seeks a Shift Leader to run daily shifts and coach a team in delivering a clean, full store that exceeds customer expectations. You will drive service improvements, monitor store performance and act as the keyholder, ensuring health and safety and a welcoming shopping experience.

You will lead by example, allocate breaks and shifts, and respond to enquiries with a customer-first approach, while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver a fast, friendly shopping trip for customers.
• Open/close the store and manage duty cover with safety in mind.
