A luxury fashion retailer located in London is seeking a full-time Store Service Advisor. The role involves building customer relationships, maximizing sales, and ensuring exemplary service standards. We need an energetic and ambitious Service Advisor who fully understands the world of luxury fashion and lifestyle to expand upon our current service team. We want individuals who can offer an exclusive personalised service that matches the industry we represent. Your main role will be to newly engage with customers whilst developing potential customers and building upon the existing customer base; whilst exceeding customer and Company expectations at every level.
