Job summary

A regional convenience retailer in Taunton is seeking a Store Manager to take ownership of store performance and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have management experience in food retail, strong commercial awareness, and a commitment to community engagement. Qualifications

  • Management experience in food retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a sharp eye for business planning.
  • Confident communicator who can influence and inspire at every level.
  • Personal Licence Holder—or willing to get one within 16 weeks.
  • A growth mindset with a drive to develop and improve.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is a bonus.
