Store Manager

Location: Tenbury Wells

Salary: £32,000 plus potential to earn bonus up to £7,800

Hours: 40 hours per week to include evenings and weekends. Flexible hours - shift pattern between 7am and 11pm

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, including inventory management, merchandising and stock control.
