Responsibilities
  • Full accountability for running your own store and leading a team.
  • A very hands‑on role, responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales.
  • Experience of managing a high‑volume digital operation would be an advantage, as many of our stores offer an online home delivery service.
  • Hard working, proactive, and able to instil our values into your team and store.
