Starbucks EMEA is seeking a Store Manager to lead front-line teams in a dynamic retail environment. You will set the standard for store operations, coach partners, and drive the customer experience in line with Starbucks values.

You’ll analyze data, forecast needs, and manage labour within budget while recruiting world-class talent. Expect early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a typical schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations through your team during shifts and on days off, ensuring coverage for opening, closing and weekends.
• Analyze store data and observations to inform decisions that improve customer and store performance.
• Use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labour within budgets and recruit talent that meets store needs.
• Roll out new initiatives to drive operational excellence and business results.
• Coach and develop partners, build strong relationships, and understand partner needs and aspirations.
• Set challenging, realistic goals to drive engagement and performance.
