Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on delivering commercial results and customer experience.
• Own KPIs such as labour efficiency, waste reduction and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines.
• Coach partners and provide feedback to raise standards.
• Act as duty manager when scheduled, with accountability for decisions.
