Starbucks is looking for a store manager to lead our team in a dynamic retail environment in the United Kingdom. You will drive store profitability, champion our mission and values, and act as an ambassador for partner networks.

You will understand the market, analyze competition, and drive the Starbucks experience for customers and partners. You will lead from the front, manage shifts, forecast and schedule, recruit world-class talent, and roll out initiatives to deliver operational excellence

Formación

• Leadership experience in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to analyse data and inform decision making.
• Experience in forecasting, scheduling, and labour management.

Responsabilidades

• Execute store operations through your team during shifts and on days off, ensuring opening, closing and weekend coverage.
• Analyse data and observations in-store to inform decisions that improve customer and store performance.
• Work with store leaders to forecast and schedule to manage labour within budgets and recruit diverse talent.
• Cascading and rolling out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Coach and develop partners, building relationships to understand challenges, needs and aspirations.
• Set challenging, realistic goals to drive engagement and partner performance.
