Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our Chipping Norton store. You’ll lead a small management team to keep the store running smoothly, ensuring excellent customer service and robust daily operations.

You’ll be the on-site manager, accountable for performance, schedules, and safety. You’ll drive KPI targets across sales, availability, and customer satisfaction, coaching colleagues to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Brilliant customer service and coaching teams to achieve it.
• Ability to deliver KPI targets and manage disciplinary issues.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for store operations, often as the sole on-site manager.
• Lead a small team to ensure smooth daily running and excellent service.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and performance management for colleagues.
• Occasionally provide support to other nearby stores as needed.
