Job summary

Boots Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store team on the shop floor, coaching staff and role-modeling high standards of care and strong commercial performance. You’ll own day-to-day store running, including planning, staffing and compliance, while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll be responsible for stock, audits and cost control, using data to identify opportunities and drive results. A Pharmacy background and NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services are relevant assets.
