Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Senior Store Advisor to lead by example, coach peers and take operational ownership in the store. You will create exceptional customer experiences and support day-to-day running, with deputy responsibilities in smaller stores when the Store Leader is away.

You’ll champion sales, build relationships, identify growth opportunities and drive performance while maintaining compliance and a high‑performing team culture. Flexible shifts and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience and a strong track record of delivering commercial results.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to spot opportunities that improve sales performance and customer outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence, coach and support colleagues.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer-first mindset and the confidence to take ownership, make sound decisions and resolve issues effectively.
