Zusammenfassung

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Senior Store Advisor to lead a store team, coaching colleagues and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll own day-to-day operations, drive sales performance and support the Store Leader in smaller outlets as deputy when needed.

You’ll work across store opening hours, including evenings and weekends, contributing to a high-performing team. You’ll participate in a tailored induction and ongoing coaching.

Qualifikationen

• Proven retail sales experience and a strong track record of delivering commercial results.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to spot opportunities that improve sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence and coach.
