Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Store Advisor to lead a store team, coach colleagues and take operational ownership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive sales, build trusted customer relationships and support the store's day-to-day running, including shift coverage and weekend trade. Training and development are provided to grow your leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer-first mindset with ownership and issue resolution.
• Understanding of retail operations and FCA requirements is useful but training provided.
• Flexibility, resilience and openness to change.
