Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Senior Store Advisor to lead a store team with sales expertise, coaching and operational ownership. You’ll role-model exceptional customer experiences and support day-to-day store operations, including deputising for the Store Leader in their absence.

You’ll develop colleagues, spot sales opportunities, manage customer issues with empathy and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing environment across store hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of delivering commercial results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and coach colleagues.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation in a fast-paced retail environment.
