Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Senior Store Advisor to lead a store team with sales expertise, peer coaching and operational ownership. You’ll model best practices, inspire your team and create exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

In smaller stores you may deputy to the Store Leader and take ownership in their absence. You’ll engage customers, coach colleagues and drive performance in a dynamic retail environment, with tailored induction and ongoing

Qualificações

• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of delivering commercial results.
• Strong commercial awareness to spot opportunities for growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and coach colleagues.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer-first mindset with ownership and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of retail operations and compliance is beneficial, training provided.
