Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Senior Store Advisor to lead the store team, deliver exceptional sales and customer experiences, and drive daily operations. In smaller stores you may deputise to the Store Leader and take ownership when they’re away.

You’ll mentor colleagues, identify opportunities to improve performance, handle complex issues with empathy, and help maintain compliant, efficient store processes. Flexible shifts and career development are on offer in a close-knit retail team.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities to grow sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation in a fast-paced retail environment.
