Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities that improve sales performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence, coach and support colleagues.
• Good understanding of retail operations and compliance; training is provided.
• Flexibility, resilience and a positive approach to change and continuous improvement.
