Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and strong sales performance.

This role sits within the store leadership team and requires energy, initiative, and adaptability to manage daily tasks and customer service on the shop floor. The position offers a flexible schedule, with at least 16 hours per week and required weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience and strong customer focus are valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
