Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience.

As Floor Supervisor, you’ll guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales. You’ll perform opening and closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain product knowledge, and build compelling visual displays while analyzing reports to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred (at least 1 year).
• No supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities
