Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations smooth and focused on customer experience and daily sales. You will lead on-floor activities, coach staff, and help drive performance during peak times.

Role requires strong communication, fashion awareness, and a hands-on leadership approach. Schedule includes weekends, holidays, and at least 16 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience- 1 year preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
