Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure excellent in-store experiences and sales performance.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, Omni Channel fulfillment, visual merchandising, and representing the brand on the sales floor. Strong customer focus and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience (1 year) preferred.
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication and fashion awareness.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive with initiative.
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to balance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
