Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure excellent in-store customer experiences and daily sales performance.

You will lead on-floor operations, coaching teams, and maintaining brand standards across visual displays and stock management. The role requires a strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive, adaptable attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
