Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance through customer experience and sales targets.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, fulfilling OMNI Channel orders, maintaining product knowledge and visual displays, and analyzing reports to guide decisions. Flexible schedule with part-time hours is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing and capable of adapting to busy schedules.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate POS and handle transactions.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
