Job summary

You will coach a team, monitor KPIs, and ensure discipline and performance standards are met to deliver strong store performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume environment with a focus on customer satisfaction, stock availability, and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Obsessed with customers and service, and coaches a team to do the same.
• Delivers KPIs and performance indicators.
• Experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing setting.
• Ability to manage disciplinary and employee relations fairly.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the overall customer experience across the store.
• Managing the front-end checkout operation to meet customer expectations.
• Overseeing operations in the petrol station where applicable.
• People management including performance, scheduling and pay accuracy.
• Occasional overall responsibility for running the store with direction and support.
