What you’ll do

Store Assistant in Belper – 20 hours per week. You’ll help customers find tools and supplies, handle deliveries, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and ready for busy times. Early starts and late finishes are part of the role, so you must be able to manage the full store hours from 7 AM to 8 PM.

Responsibilities

• Handle deliveries, unpack and stock inventory, and prepare orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service – greet customers, answer questions, and offer product advice.
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to experience great deals and competitive prices.
• Support the store team during busy times – be proactive, positive, and ready to help wherever needed.
