Job Title : Stock Operations Supervisor

Reporting to : Store Director

Location : Victoria Beckham, Dover Street, London

Role Overview :

As Stock Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for proactively managing the stock operations across the store, ensuring stock accuracy and managing the business supply needs.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage weekly transfer requests
  • Handle omnichannel services : pick up in store, ship from store and distant sales shipments
  • Support all after sales services
  • Set and maintain high standards in back of house and stockroom areas
  • Organize transfers in and out between store and warehouse
  • Managing regular stock inventory (weekly cycle counts, biannual full inventory count)
  • Managing local and international shipping
  • Order stationary, packaging, and store supplies as and when required
  • Generating sell through reports
  • Raising invoices and
Essential Skills & Requirements :
  • Experience with Visual Next
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office (especially excel)
  • Experience in data processing
  • Ability to assist when required on the shopfloor
