Job summary

A leading online retailer in Herefordshire is seeking a Stock Controller to manage outbound operations. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, stock replenishment, and analyzing warehouse reports. Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders for the Goods Out operation.
• Running stock replenishment orders and maximizing capacity.
• Processing and analyzing warehouse management reports.
• Coordinating and performing stock checks.
• Using data for efficient changes in the outbound warehouse.
• Maintaining workflow for Goods Out and Replenishment teams.
• Liaising with other departments.
• Working in a team to maximize outbound warehouse capacity.

About The Role

Stock Controller (Outbound) – Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire, United Kingdom

Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Onsite - Shift 2pm-10pm, 5/7 Rota - working 2/3 weekends

The Role Scope

• The processing of received customer orders in a timely manner for the Goods Out operation
• Running stock replenishment orders and maximise the capacity of the outbound warehouse
• Run, process and analyse warehouse management reports
• Coordinate and perform stock checks as required
• Use data to make efficient and effective changes to the outbound warehouse and look for further areas of improvement
• Maintain the production of workflow for both Goods out and Replenishment teams through order processing
• Liaising with other departments across the business and handling any queries
• Working in a small team to maximise the capacity of the outbound warehouse

About You

About you

• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of WMS (although full training will be given)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the business.
• Attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to work under pressure.
• Be able to prioritize and multitask on a wide range of jobs.
