Job description

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

  • This is a permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 (which includes some weekends). Shifts range between 06:00 and 23:00 (early or late shift and bar hours).
  • The hourly rate is £12.21.

A day in the life of a Steward
  • Serving beverages and bar snack items to customers.
  • Cash handling and till operation.
  • Occasional bar work.
  • General housekeeping, including kitchen cleaning, pot wash, and dishwashing.
  • Stocking up and stock rotation using the FIFO method.
  • Report to line manager for any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during your shift.
  • Duties may be changed to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company.

We will set you up for success if you have:

  • Been resident in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Can pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Similar work experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
