A regional transport operator is seeking a Station Manager for Blackburn & East Lancashire. You will manage station operations, develop processes, and enhance customer service while leading a team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving service delivery. This position offers a competitive salary of £37,000 along with numerous benefits including free travel on Northern services.
