Job summary

A large facilities and maintenance company near Bracknell is looking for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer. This role involves carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3, hold an 18th edition certification, and have experience in occupied office environments. Qualifications

• Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required.
• Must hold 18th edition certification.
• 2391 Test and inspection certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPM's and reactive works on site.
• Ensure all work is in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
• Maintain daily responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with commitments.
• Manage the site logbook system and ensure up to date paperwork.

Skills

Electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3

18th edition wiring regulations

2391 Test and inspection (highly desirable)
