Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process. The Old Chestnut is located in Earlswood, near Redhill in Surrey, next to Earlswood Train Station. The pub is surrounded by residential housing and benefits from excellent transport connections, with direct trains into London and Gatwick, and easy access to the M25 and M23. The surrounding area is close to Redhill, a popular town, with over 4,000 people living within a 10‑minute walk time.
