As the Staff PM for Web Growth, you\u2019ll own the delivery of our growth strategy and performance of our entire web presence, including intercom.com and fin.ai. These sites are critical growth engines: they must deliver measurable results while setting the standard for user experience, clarity, and innovation.
This is a high-impact role: you\u2019ll combine deep analytical skills with strategic vision, identifying opportunities across CRO, demand generation, and funnel performance, and translating them into actionable roadmaps. You\u2019ll also play a leadership role in mentoring other PMs and elevating the overall bar for growth excellence.
