Role and setting

In this Staff Nurse role you will be joining a brand-new, purpose-built care centre which offers care for a wide range of mental health conditions, making for a unique opportunity to develop your existing nursing skills. You will be part of a highly skilled and compassionate MDT, that has both your personal and professional development at heart.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop person-centred care plans
  • Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and effectively manage crises
  • Build good relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications

We are looking for a Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. You should also be a positive role model and have a focus on patient-centred care.
